New Clients can use the ‘Contact’ page, or leave a message at 647.241.0685, or email us at info@osteopathyintoronto.com.
Returning clients can use online booking by clicking ‘Book An Appointment’ on the home page. If you can not find a time that works for you please add yourself to the waiting list at the bottom left. That way we can notify you if there is a cancellation.
We are unable to accommodate walk-in clients but will do our best to schedule you as soon as possible. We give priority to urgent cases and babies, and can usually find a time to see you on short notice.
When you book your appointment please be aware we reserve that time for you only. If you arrive late we will not be able to extend your appointment time out of consideration for clients that are scheduled after. For this reason we ask you to arrive 10 minutes early so you have a buffer in case there are unexpected delays.
When you arrive please make yourself comfortable. There is a place to leave your coat and shoes, but please keep your valuables with you to take into the treatment room.
We are aware of your appointment time and will be with you promptly.
Washrooms are located down the hall and require a pass card which is hanging in the waiting room.
Please arrive for your appointment 10 minutes early to ensure a complete treatment. This allows time to compose yourself, use the washroom if necessary, and decompress prior to your treatment.
Late arrivals create significant problems in maintaining our schedules. As a courtesy to the clients following you, if you arrive late, your session may be shortened to the remainder of your scheduled appointment.
We require 48 hours notice to cancel or change an appointment without penalty.
This allows us time to schedule another client who may be in need.
Clients who provide less notice, for any reason, will be charged a rescheduling fee up to the full cost of the appointment.
If you can’t take time off during the work week or have a busy schedule, we offer weekend and evening appointments.
We are located on Eglinton Ave. East, 5 short blocks from Yonge St. and less than a 10 minute walk. From Eglinton Station it’s 3 stops on the Eglinton East busses and the Redpath stop is a half block away. If driving there is parking on Eglinton directly in front of the building (except during rush hours) or on surrounding side streets.
