You don’t need to wear anything special for the treatment, in fact, many people come right from the office! But if possible, wear loose comfortable clothing, and if you can, avoid tight yoga/gym style garments.
During the treatment we will do our best to keep you as comfortable as possible, and you will not need to move into uncomfortable positions. Although we usually treat with a client lying down, we can make any position work, including seated.
We normally advise people to take it easy for a couple days after a treatment, to give the session the best chance of helping you the most.
